Welcome to Rome in Golf Cart. Our aim is to make your experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible. We are committed to providing high-quality services to our customers. To ensure a smooth and easy booking process, we have outlined our terms and conditions below.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Ticket Booking and Payment:
Tickets booked and paid for by Rome in Golf Cart on your behalf are not refundable in case of cancellation of the service.
There is no charge or service fee for processing credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we are here to help. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible. The cancellation fees are as follows:
Calcellation 1 week before deposit is not refundable
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, the service will be fully charged.
Last-Minute Bookings:
We are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability. Please check our website for availability or get in touch with our Customer Care Team for assistance.
Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to amend a booking with less than 72 hours’ notice, a rebooking fee will be applied. Please contact our Customer Care Team by phone 0039 3662405896 or email to Info@romeingolfcart.com to arrange the booking amendment and payment of this fee.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Rome in Golf Cart accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa & Amex. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation.
If you cancel a booking, cancellation fees may be applied as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. We enforce a 7-day advance refund policy. Cancellations must be communicated via email at info@ romeingolfcart.com no less than 7 days in advance of the tour to receive a refund. No partial refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of a tour, and no partial refunds are available once a tour has commenced.
Please note that we cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after the completion of the tour date.
